Area Sales Specialist

Lead and develop strategies to achieve business objectives

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Design and implement strategic sales plan and annual sales budget as well as accurate forecasts

Develop “How to win” commercial strategies

Improve and build new sales strategies by following technological trends and developments

Orchestrate entire sales process to maximize customer satisfaction

While not a technical role, the candidates should have demonstrated technical aptitude enables them to engage with customers at technical levels.

Report monthly, yearly sales and profitability reports as well as product, market, and competition analysis reports

Minimum 3 years sales experience

University degree in Food Engineer , Mechanical , Automation Engineering

Strong team player and fast adapter to a dynamic environment

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong self motivation & self discipline

Sales-focus and customer-oriented approach

High level of negotiation and communication skills

Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

No travel restriction, able to work %80 of time in the field

They are currently seeking a highly motivated and hardworking professional to join their team as Area Sales Specialist  located in Istanbul .In this role, you will have full responsibility for sales activities for Central Anatolia region.They seek a results-oriented professional who will implement the sales and marketing activities of their suplliers, including representing the organization to promote and sell their products and services. Sales specialist will travel frequently in the area and abroad , is a motivated, well-organised individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
