International Recruitment and Talent Management Executive

• Transferring the Recruitment and Career Management strategy and processes determined by HQ to the country Recruitment and Career Management teams and ensuring their internalization and implementation
• Leading and mentoring the country Recruitment and Career Management teams
• Following the processes, OKRs, KPIs and PIs in the countries, to ensure that the necessary actions are taken
• Managing and executing promotion programs and processes accurate and on time
• Ensuring that positions are closed with the right person and on time
• Leading projects and processes in collaboration with HQ and the country Recruitment and Career Management teams
• Responsible for the preparing and monitoring country Recruitment and Career Management budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in related areas,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Recruitment and Career Management field preferably at retail industry,
• Preferably experienced in team management
• Developed skills in communication, analytical and creative thinking, organization and planning, and presentation,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools
