• Publicity and reputation, building communications strategy and implementing the strategic plan that aligns to with the brand’s business objectives and company culture.
• Ensuring positive development of Company brand image through traditional media, digital PR and influencer marketing in 38 countries within the scope of the global communication strategy. Responsible for press trips, fashion bloggers events, press conferences, store opening events.
• Plan and execute communication strategies for Chairman and other spokesmen.
• Sponsorships & corporate social responsibility projects from decision making to planning and execution stages,
• Responsible for crisis communications.
• Coordinate PR agencies in Turkey and in other countries.
• Internal communication activities.

• University degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism or public affairs or in relavant fields.
• Need to be proactive with a strong internal drive.
• Energetic, always positive, creative, a good story teller and able to take initiatives.
• Enjoy working independently or as part of a team.
• At least 5 years of experience of communication projects including press events and marketing activities, sponsorships, crisis communication, social responsibility.
• Min 3 years of experience in a PR agency in corporate communications preferably in internal & external communication management relations and corporate reputation with crisis communication experience.
• Excellent communication, proof-reading and writing skills (ability to create editorial content is a must)
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English is a must.
• Knowledge in all aspects of digital and social media communication, influencer marketing.
• Excellent project leading skills.
• Interested in fashion and travelling.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• A well organized and detail oriented person with an ability to multi-task
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
